What if I receive a faulty item?
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, you will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. You will need to return the item to us using recorded delivery. We cannot be held responsible for the item being lost in the post. You can expect to receive a replacement once we have received the faulty item.
What if the item isn't as expected?
In the unlikely event the item you receive isn't as you expect, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage must be made by recorded delivery, at your expense, as we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post.
